Senior Developer/Team Lead - The Senior Developer/Team Lead will:
- Provide their technical expertise to lead a team of software developers building a 3-tier web application
- Gather and analyze requirements, lead the design, development and implementation of the product
- Organize and participate in review sessions and contribute to system testing to ensure quality deliverables
- Develop good quality products in a challenging timeframe and assist and mentor other members of the team
- Provide regular feedback to management on project status
- Contribute to the development and continuous review of appropriate practices, standards and guidelines

C# .NET Developer - The C# .NET Developer will:
- Develop quality products in a challenging timeframe

Customer Resource Specialist - The Customer Resource Specialist will:
- Provide support for the GENESIS™ and GENESEA™ software applications
- Participate in data conversion activities for new and existing clients
- Participate in testing activities to ensure product quality
- Convey complex information so non-technical individuals can understand
- Communicate installation problems, software bugs and/or necessary software modifications to Development using an issue tracking system
- Establish and maintain client satisfaction
- Have a college degree or two years experience in customer service and/or quality assurance
